Sleeping Insects Covered in Water Droplets

Wow. These look absolutely stunning. These were taken by Miroslaw Swietek at around 3am in the forest next to his home. Using a torch he hunts out the motionless bugs in the darkness before setting up his camera and flash just millimetres from them.

Tokyo in HDR

I’m still undecided about HDR. It’s either hit or miss with me. However Tokyo seems like the perfect place for this type of photo treatment. And by the way, WTF is with the giant Gundam just chillin’? Only in Japan
